Karjase Sai is a bakery and café operating in two creative areas of Tallinn. One Karjase Sai location is in Põhjala Factory, in the former rubber factory buildings, and the other is in Telliskivi Creative City, known for its vibrant culture, creative endeavors, and community atmosphere.
At the heart of Karjase Sai are pastries and breads, prepared using traditional methods and extensive experience. Our selection of baked goods is always surprising yet also includes simple, pure flavors. All baked goods are freshly made throughout the day. The bakers' workday begins early in the morning to ensure the first warm pastries reach guests by nine o'clock.
Great attention is also paid to coffee quality and carefully selected wines. Daily collaboration with local farmers and organic producers enables the use of the best possible ingredients and supports a sustainable, conscious food culture.
Please check the website for the exact opening hours of the cafés.
