Im La Prima Pizza traditionelle italienische Pizzen mit dünnem Boden in einem Ofen mit Steinboden angefertigt. Die Rezepte von La Prima haben ihre Wurzeln im traditionellen Italien, doch indem wir etwas mehr Saftigkeit hinzufügen, haben wir sie vorsichtig an den estnischen Geschmack angepasst. Fast sämtlicher unserer Zutaten kommen direkt frisch aus Italien. Nichts ist tiefgefroren und es gibt keine Konservierungsstoffe. Unser Ziel besteht darin, das Beste zu geben, damit unsere in Handarbeit gefertigten Pizzen auch den anspruchsvollsten Geschmack befriedigen.
