Opera "Tosca"

Giacomo Puccini's Tosca is one of the most performed operas in the world and it's not hard to guess why. It's a passionate and contrasting drama in which everyday life can prove more unpredictable than the most adventurous dream. The beautiful singer Tosca and the artist Cavaradossi fall in love when the cruel and powerful police chief Scarpia steps between them and ensnares them in his insidious web. A battle between love, political intrigue, trust and a ruthless lust for power begins and let it be said - there are no winners in this story.The opera is in Italian, with subtitles in Estonian and English.
