“Best before: PASSED?!” invites you to explore how Estonian films portray ageing and the elderly. Are seniors seen as burdensome or cheerful? Lonely or loved? Through 21 feature films—comedies, dramas, animations and more—this thought-provoking exhibition highlights how old age, masculinity, and femininity are shown on screen. Created by students from Tallinn University, the project reflects on stereotypes, challenges, and the beauty of growing old.
