Varem avalikkusele suletud olnud saja-aastasesse tehasehoonesse on end sisse seadnud enam kui 30 erinevat kauplust ja teenusepakkujat ning kaheksa eripärast kohvikut ja restorani. Majast leiab kaheksa outlet-kauplust ning Uuskasutuskeskuse ning ajaloolise hoone ülemistel korrustel tegutseb üle 20 erineva kontori.
