В переводе с итальянского "Vapiano" означает «живи проще» и является  созданной в 2002 году в Германии торговой маркой сети ресторанов "Fast Casual Food". Меню "Vapiano" основано на незамысловатой и подлинно итальянской кухне: пиццы, блюда из пасты и салаты, а также antipasti (закуски) и dolci (десерты). При желании заказанное блюдо будет приготовлено прямо на глазах у клиента.
