Ресторан и сад на крыше "Fotografiska"
Ресторан "Fotografiska" работает по принципу безотходной технологии. При приготовлении пищи мы используем креативные способы, не тратим зря сырье и не создаем отходов. Как на кухне, так и в баре у нас всё находит применение, начиная с цветов и до корней или от носа и до хвоста. А то немногое, что остается, идет в компост, который возвращается обратно на поля и грядки.
Душой нашей кухни является Пеэтер Пихель, приверженец идеи экологичного ресторана и дизайнер современных эстонских вкусов с богатым опытом работы (рестораны Пядасте, Fäviken Magasinet, Fulgurance). О сезонной и оригинальной карте вин заботится Кристьян Кихо.

Nothing special, there are lots of better restaurants where you can leave your money.

Good show in amazing location
tripadvisor rating 4 of 5Interesting exhibitions, but 17€ for a ticket is too much. OK the inclusivity, but this is not the Louvre.
