Often enough, people would rather not meet up in a stuffy room and would instead prefer to have a gathering somewhere more airy and serene. Tallinn has an abundance of green areas and open-air venues, which provide a spacious environment for any event or gathering.
Tallinn Botanic Garden
The garden features 123 hectares of beautiful greenery in a quiet and scenic area in the east of Tallinn. Tallinn Botanic Garden offers many rooms for events, all equipped with modern meeting technology and facilities, and it also has a vast outdoor area for those who wish to have their meeting under the sun and in fresh air.
Tallinn Zoo
The zoo in Tallinn is not only home to nearly 400 species of animals, it also provides a great location for hosting events. In addition to conference rooms fitted with all necessary modern meeting technology, Tallinn Zoo also provides zoo tours, lectures, and other thematic programmes to add some fun and education to any event.
Tallinn Song Festival Grounds
One of the most popular venues for open-air events and concerts, the Song Festival Grounds has years of experience with hosting a wide array of events. Add to this the large amount of space in both the indoor venue as well as the outside area, this location is prefect for events that need a truly professional touch and have a larger number of attendees.
Maarjamäe Palace
After going through extensive renovation works, the Maarjamäe Palace reopened to the public for the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Estonia. The historical complex features both numerous indoor venues as well as spacious outdoor areas, which provide a unique and picturesque environment to any event.
Kadriorg Park flower garden
The romantic flower garden in Kadriorg Park is a lovely setting for an outdoor event. The beautifully designed garden as well as the historical ambience of the Baroque palace next to it, adds a touch of history and elegance to the area and to any event that takes place there.
Estonian Open Air Museum
The Estonian Open Air Museum, located in the west of Tallinn in an area named Rocca Al Mare, displays the Estonian way of living from the 18th to early 20th centuries. As for event and meeting rooms, the museum offers a 19th century tavern, a schoolhouse from the same era, and even a few farmhouses for smaller conferences and gatherings. The historical ambience of this museum make it a unique venue for events, offering plenty of space and lots of greenery.
