13. sajandil ehitatud Niguliste kirikus asuv muuseum on üks väheseid sakraalhoones asuvaid muuseume. Naudi kirikukunsti selle ajaloolises kontekstis: siin asuvad keskaegsed hauakivid, unikaalsed altarid ja Tallinna kuulsaim kunstiteos, fragment Bernt Notke maalist "Surmatants". See üle 500 aasta vanune maal vahendab keskaja inimese maailmapilti, kuid on aktuaalne praegugi. Eriliselt väärtuslik on Hõbedakambris olev kirikute ning gildide-tsunftide ja Mustpeade vennaskonna hõbevara.
Kirikutorni viib klaaslift ja taevakorrus, kust avaneb 360° vaade vanalinnale.
