    Rooma Katoliku Kiriku Tallinna Peeter-Pauli kirik

    Tallinna Peeter-Pauli kirik ehitati 1841-1844. aastal keskaegse kloostri söögisaali müüridele, neoklassitsistlik läänefassaad on 1924. aastast. Aastal 2002 taastati kiriku ajalooline 19. saj II poolest pärit värvilahendus ja värskendati interjöör. Altarimaali “Neitsi Maarja taevaminek” (Guido Reni Madonna Assunta, 1640) olevat kinkinud Baieri kuningas Ludwig I, maal “Kristuse taevaminemine” (1844) on Carl Siegismund Waltherilt. Via Dolorosa 14 värvilist gravüüri on loonud Tirooli kunstnik N. Schiestl (XX). Jumalateenistuste ajad liad SIIT.

      Small church, one of many churches in the old town of tallinn. Entrance is free. If you are looking for a quiet place to pray then this is a good place.

      A very simple church looking with modern design from the outside but very beautiful on the inside. Worth stepping in to have a look. There is also some figurines outside the church.
