Vapiano tähendab itaalia keeles "võta vabalt" ja on Saksamaal 2002. aastal loodud ning tänaseks üle maailma laienenud nn "Fresh Casual Food" restoraniketi kaubamärgiks.
Vapiano menüü põhineb lihtsal ja ehtsal Vahemerelisel köögil: pitsad-pastad-salatid, lisaks antipasti’d ehk eelroad ja dolci’d ehk magustoidud. Kogu toit on värske ja valmistatakse igapäevaselt kohapeal.

I hope we were there at the worst possible moment… that would explain things.
