Eesti ühe huvitavaima atraktsiooni Tallinna Lennusadama kohvikust Maru avaneb suurejooneline vaade kogu muuseumile.
Kohviku menüü on inspireeritud Põhjala ja Eesti rannarahva toidukultuurist, mida iseloomustavad puhtad maitsed, lihtsus ja kaasaaegsus. Tihti on menüüs ka seoseid muuseumis parasjagu toimuvate näitustega.
Kohvikus leidub kohti kuni 75le inimesele.
