Patkulin näköalatasanne
Patkulin näköalatasanne on osa Tallinnan vanhinta aluetta. Tasanteelta avautuu satumainen näkymä kaupunginmuurille, Tallinnan torneille ja satamaan.
Patkulin portaat rakennettiin vuonna 1903, portaissa on 157 askelmaa ja ne yhdistävät Toompean alakaupunkiin. Portaat laskeutuvat Tuomiopuistoon, Snellin lammen luo.
