Lousy services.
tripadvisor rating 3 of 5I was there for 4 night and was given a room on the 20th floor with a horrible smell in the bathroom. Staff has entered the room during my stay and nothing was done. I consider this lousy service.
Cold War character, conference hotel scale

Breakfast could be better
