Vapiano tarkoittaa italiaksi "ota rennosti" ja on Saksassa vuonna 2002 perustettu ja nykyään kaikkialle maailmaan levinnyt ns. "Fast Casual Food" -ravintolaketjun tuotemerkki.
Vapianon ruokalista perustuu yksinkertaiseen ja aitoon välimerelliseen keittiöön: pizzat, pastat, salaatit, lisäksi antipasti eli alkuruoat ja dolci eli jälkiruoat. Ruoka on tuoretta ja valmistetaan päivittäin paikan päällä.
Houkuttelevuutta lisäävät avokeittiö - ruoka valmistuu aivan asiakkaan silmien edessä - ja uusi älykorttimaksujärjestelmä.

I hope we were there at the worst possible moment… that would explain things.

Entire franchise has gone downhill quality is terrible
