Ravintola Härg
Ravintola Härgin tavoitteena on tarjota parhaimman laatuisia pihvejä, matalassa lämpötilassa paistettua lihaa, herkullisia grilliruokia ja niihin liittyviä terveellisiä salaatteja ja tuoreita mehuja/smoothieita.
Tärkeänä osan ovat parhaat viinit, viinilista on erittäin suuri - suurin osa Coravin-metodilla. Käytämme vain hyvin laadukkaita raaka-aineita maailman parhailta tiloilta. Suuri painopiste on aidolla tulella - ruoat grillataan hiilillä ja niiden sisällä, bravuurina on Enn Tobrelutsin kuuluisa hiilipihvi eli dirty steak.
Upeaa tunnelmaa parhaan ruoan lisäksi luovat viihtyisä ympäristö, hyvä musiikki, todella tyylikäs sisustus ja sisäpiha.
