    Restoran Meat & Wine on tuntud oma steikide poolest, mida valmistatakse Hispaania ahjus Josper, mis ühendab endas lahtise tule ja kinnise nn vene tüüpi ahju eeliseid. Kütame seda ahju ainult puhta puusöega. Tänu kuumusele (temperatuur on umbes 300 °C) kattub ahju pandud liha või kala silmapilkselt krõbeda koorikuga, mis takistab niiskuse aurustamist ja tagab nii valmimise omas mahlas.       Very good food, the meat was perfect. A bit hot inside and "stuffy" air. But worth it. The waiter was very polite and the wine and beer good.
