This is an accessibility statement for visittallinn.ee, first published on 26 June 2025.
At Visit Tallinn, we want everyone to enjoy the best of our city – whether you're strolling through the Old Town, or simply browsing our website for inspiration.
We’re committed to making our website accessible to as many people as possible. That’s why we aim to follow the European Accessibility Directive and meet the accessibility standard EN 301 549.
Right now, visittallinn.ee isn’t fully accessible. We know there are areas that need improvement, and we’re working to make things better.
We’ve taken an important step in this journey by commissioning an accessibility audit from an external evaluator. This helps us understand what’s working and what’s not. Based on the audit, we will list the inaccessible parts of visittallinn.ee in this statement.
If you spot an accessibility issue or need any information from our site in a different format, just drop us a line at info@visittallinn.ee. We’re here to help.
