      Chakra is one of the best Indian restaurants in Tallinn. The food is delicious, the portions are well-sized, service is great and the restaurant is pretty and has a nice vibe.

      Really feels authentic. Delicious (spicy!) food in a cozy underground restaurant. It can get a bit loud when full because of the rounded ceiling.
