The small restaurant Salt is located in Kadriorg and offers progressive food with some extreme fusion. All of this is served from an open kitchen in a cosy atmosphere. Our experienced hall staff takes good care of the guests and matches the right wine with the right meal. The kitchen team is managed by our head chef Vladimir Proskurnin.
Our menu includes a lot of the world's classics, which are prepared our way, from the best local seasonal ingredients. However, we are also big on the new and exciting tastes.

First, the food was amazing... everything we ordered was perfect. I have been here before, however, today there was a worker named Janek who made me the best espresso martini I HAVE EVER HAD. WOW!
