Restaurant Kajakas
The pizza is baked in a wood-fired oven at 500 degrees to create the right smoky taste. We use the freshest and mostly organic ingredients. The pizza dough is made from Italian flour approved by "Associazione Vera Pizza Napoletana". In addition to pizza, the menu includes handmade pasta, risotto and some of the lightest antipasto dishes. The sweets selection fits right with the coffee.
Kajakas WineRoom – we choose and bring all the wines to the country ourselves. The wine list usually consists of organic and environmentally friendly wines that go wonderfully with pizza.
