Paper Mill Coffee is a coffee roastery with three locations in Tallinn. After years of experience managing cafés and a roastery in England, we sought to offer people a truly exceptional coffee experience.

Our roastery and flagship café are located on Masina Street, in the historic building of the former Cellulose and Paper Factory's fire station. Today, our commitment to quality coffee has expanded to baked goods as well – we have opened our own bakery and café in the Volta area. Freshly baked goods every morning reach all our cafés, including the Food Street in Viru Shopping Center.

Hand-picked, freshly roasted coffee beans from various regions around the world always reach us through a transparent supply chain. The coffee is roasted lightly to highlight its natural flavors and honor the work of the growers.
