RIVA is a restaurant in the center of Tallinn, inspired by the sun, the sea, and the Mediterranean art of enjoying life. Here, classic recipes meet modern interpretations.
The menu travels from south to north: from warmer regions, where flavor combinations are more expressive, to cooler areas, where the clarity of taste and precision of ingredients are valued. Seasonality and respect for ingredients underpin each dish, highlighting freshness and new flavors.
The wine list follows the same direction, offering Mediterranean wines and crisp mineral-rich Nordic selections that create a perfect balance with the dishes.
On weekdays, we offer daily specials featuring light and straightforward dishes. In the afternoon, after a short break, the restaurant reopens and offers a menu focused on the dinner ritual: a calm progression of dishes, harmony of flavors, and respect for the guest's pace.
