Tallinn Fringe Festival

The Tallinn Fringe Festival is an annual open-access arts festival that brings together a wide range of international and local artists in various venues across Tallinn.  The values and commitments of the festival are to provide open access to all performers, regardless of their background and experiences, to create a platform for non-mainstream arts and performances, so that they can find their audience, and to help audiences see performances that are outside their usual bubble, so that they can appreciate the diverse culture available in Estonia and beyond.
