Built in a 1930s-era recreational centre in Kadriorg Park, this museum offers fun, creative activities for 3 to 11 year-olds.
Anyone visiting Tallinn with children will definitely want to put this family-oriented museum on their to-do list.
In addition to hands-on exhibits based around the theme of friendship, the museum has its own café and a large outdoor playground right on its doorstep. The fact that it's located in the vast, virtually traffic-free Kadriorg Park makes this the most child-friendly place to visit in all kinds of weather.
Museum entrance is free with Tallinn Card.

We came here with our little one and paid €4.00 for one adult and one child. They have awesome and fun exhibits and our little one had an amazing time. Highly recommended
Place was much smaller than we thought but anyway it was a good place to spend time with four years old. If it's pouring weather outside, go there. 6 euros for whole family and nice cafe also.
