    Kohtuotsa viewing platform is on the northern side of Toompea hill. It provides excellent views over the red roofs and towering spires of the Old Town as well as of the gleaming highrise buildings in the new part of the city. In the background is the Gulf of Finland, the port and the Pirita district. Unforgettable views are guaranteed all year round, in all weather.

      Stopped here as part of the a walking tour of old town, the spot offers nice views of old town, specifically the lower old town. Nice photo opportunities.

      Very nice viewing point not too far to walk from the old town. Definitely worth going up and having a look down. It's not that busy and good to take photos

      As far as we are concerned, taking a photo from this spot is a "must do." excellent panorama of the Old Town skyline. The uphill walk to get hear is easily doable by most.
