    Kai Art Centre

The Kai Art Centre is a seaside cultural hub in the Noblessner seafront quarter that fascinatingly combines the history and architecture of the area with contemporary art and culture. There are 3 to 5 large-scale art projects each year, accompanied by extensive public programmes, in the renovated submarine factory. Kai is open to all - top-class food and drink venues on the first floor offer culinary experiences. The only cinema in North Tallinn that is operated by Cinema Sõprus is open 7 days a week. A wide selection of national and international art literature can be found in the Lugemiku bookshop.

A disappointment as this is really quite expensive for what you get - essentially just one small exhibition as there is no permanent collection. The one now on display - ”Radical Light” by Senstad... Read more comments
