Kelnase harbour on Prangli island is located on the northern shore of the island and has evolved from a former fishing harbour into a recreational harbour that is easy to visit with your own vessel. The harbour can accommodate vessels up to 25 m in length and 2.5 m in draught with prior notice. The harbour also has a petrol station. The price of a berth for up to three hours is 5€ for all vessels, no matter the size. The price for a 24-hour berth is 20€ for vessels up to 15 metres and 30€ for vessels over 15 metres. You can come to the island from the mainland several times a day from the Leppneeme harbour on the Viimsi peninsula by Tuuleliinid ferries. Harbour registry
