Arsenal Centre
A shopping/leisure centre with an unusual history, located in a former munitions factory in Northern Tallinn. The factory building (which was off-limits to the public until quite recently) now houses over 30 shops and services as well as approximately 10 cafes and restaurants of various styles.

Disapointment
tripadvisor rating 1 of 5Definitely not worth of visiting. Most of the stores are empty and those which are open have very high prices - not what you would expect from outlet
