Estonian traditional food is related to our seasonal rhythms – we eat what the nature provides us with. In the workshops, we philosophically connect practical activities to the cultural space, but we also certainly focus on the healthiness of food. You will learn to make yeast bread and fermented foods, foods from weeds, healthy snacks and various foods from Estonian folk heritage.
We will teach you how to use for your health what you find from nature and how to avoid harmful chemicals.
