Kakumäe beach

Kakumäe beach, by the bay of the same name, is located in the suburb of Haabersti in Tallinn; it is sandy, and usually, not too choppy. The water is relatively shallow, making the beach suitable for families with children. Ball courts and children's playgrounds provide opportunities for activities on the beach. The beach has changing cabins, a shower, an ice cream stand and free (unguarded) car and bicycle parks. Good to know: life guards are on duty from 9 am to 8 pm (1 June–31 August).
