Kolme Sibulat sijoittuu fast foodin ja slow foodin välimaastoon ja yhdistää molempien parhaat puolet. Keittiömestarit Igor ja Roman laittavat ruokaa todella vapaasti ja rajattomasti, ja ruokalistalla on sekä nuudeliruokia ja Lähi-Idän helmicouscousia että välimerellistä hummusta ja georgialaista lavashia, joka on saanut mausteeksi tulisen kimchi-kaalin. Fusion-confusion - näin ravintola ruokaa voisi kuvailla lyhyesti.
Ravintola on useasti kuulunut Viron 50 parhaimman ravintolan joukkoon.
