Ostos/vapaa-ajankeskus, jolla on mielenkiintoinen historia. Keskus sijaitsee entisessä ammustehtaassa Pohjois-Tallinnassa. Tehdasrakennus (joka tähän saakka on ollut yleisöltä suljettu) sisältää nyt yli 30 liikettä ja palveluntarjoajaa sekä kymmenkunta erilaista kahvilaa ja ravintolaa.

End of the Arsenal walk
