    Step inside a Christmas fairytale

Tallinn's medieval Old Town takes on an especially magical quality in winter.
December brings high spirits and a festive mood to Tallinn's medieval churches, quaint shops, and cobblestoned streets. From as early as mid-November, you can come and make wishes under the lush Christmas tree that towers over the Town Hall Square. The tree’s lights are lit on the First Sunday of Advent, which also marks the opening of Tallinn’s award-winning Christmas market.
Do not hesitate to venture outside the Old Town because most public squares have their own glittering Christmas trees, and there are festive events all over the city.

Experience a winter full of magic in Tallinn!
