The first floor is mainly devoted to Estonian design and crafts, clothing, household goods, and antiques.

Pleasant little market.
tripadvisor rating 4 of 5Nice enough market. Easy to find. Brew pub was fine and the deli/coffee shop very nice. It’s cash only in some parts so take a few euros.
