The Patkuli viewing platform is situated in one of the most ancient parts of Tallinn. It has an idyllic and enchanting view of the Old Town as well as its towers and walls, which can be seen all the way down to the port.
The stairway leading up to the platform was constructed in 1903. There are 157 steps connecting Toompea hill to the town below, with the stairway coming out in Toompark by Snelli pond.

If you climb up the hill, this is a good view point, good place to see the old town, all the red rooftops, and the big harbor with the ferry ships. Good on a sunny day.
I approached platform from Alexander Nevsky so the incline is not so much ,otherwise you wil go up steep incline to reach platform ,lovely views from platform
