LEVI Home & Pillerkaar

Pillerkaar is a cosmetics shop in the Solaris centre, which is dedicated to Estonian natural cosmetics.  Their product range includes over 35 local cosmetics brands, including products like bog water from the Estonian nature, peat masks, and sea buckthorn lip balm, along with creams to compliment any skin.
