Kolm Sibulat in Tallinn is a place that sits exactly between fast and slow food. Our kitchen is like an onion itself: colorful inside and golden outside. The dishes are surprising, flavorful, and always full of character.
The menu features familiar favorites in a new light, along with exciting surprises. We draw inspiration from diverse cuisines and home flavors, creating dishes that are both familiar and novel.
The true star of the restaurant has become our ramen. The idea originated from a ramen-making course in Amsterdam, and in collaboration with Koksvere Veski organic grains, our own recipe was born. Thus, ramen has become a beloved dish for us, combining Estonian ingredients with Asian influences into a unique taste experience.
The drink menu includes a selection of craft lemonades from Estonian producers and beers from local breweries. With the wine list, we aim to stay within European borders to maintain a smaller CO₂ footprint while offering a quality and thoughtful selection that complements the flavors of our kitchen.

Amazing food, great service, lovely local alcohol, a bit out of the way from where we were staying in old town but so glad we made the trip, well worth it!
