When Bakery Karjase sai closes its doors in the afternoon, it opens them as Barbarea. The entire menu is inspired by different parts of the world, and the dishes are meant to be shared so that the whole experience can be enjoyed with others. Half of the menu consists of pizzas, whose dough we make from Estonian and Italian flours, and bake in a Gianni Acunto wood-fired oven.
We care about high-quality raw materials, so we work with local farmers and other small organic producers on a daily basis to ensure that we always have fresh raw ingredients.
