Koyo Restaurant is named after the Japanese word kouyou, which denotes the changing colors of autumn leaves – a symbol of nature's rhythm and constant change. This is reflected in the restaurant's entire essence. Koyo is an intimate restaurant where each dish is crafted by a chef right before the guest's eyes.
The menu consists of 14 courses, which the chef assembles daily using the finest seasonal ingredients. The result is a unique experience, carried by the Japanese hospitality philosophy of omotenashi – attentiveness to every detail and sincere care for the guest’s wellbeing.
