Terms and conditions of receiving newsletters

- The newsletter is an e-mail containing tourism news from Tallinn that is sent to its subscribers.
- Subscribers must submit their name and e-mail address on the website to agree to receive news from the Tallinn City Tourist Office & Convention Bureau. The subscriber gives their consent, which can be withdrawn at any time, to the data processor to send newsletters to the subscriber’s e-mail address.
- The e-mail address will only be used for sending newsletters.
- Subscribers can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on the link included at the end of each newsletter. Their e-mail address will be promptly deleted from the list of newsletter recipients, and newsletters will no longer be sent to their e-mail address.
- Access to personal data is strictly limited, and the data is stored in a secure environment. The data can be accessed by the Tallinn City Enterprise Department and Trinidad Wiseman OÜ, who are also responsible for access control.
- The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate or a court if data processing violates their rights.
