The annual largest oyster festival in Estonia will take place in the courtyard of the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre, bringing together the best oysters and seafood from near and far. Oyster sommelier Anti Lepik will be sharing valuable tips throughout the day. Various activities will be available for guests. International judges will be present to evaluate the best competitors in the Estonian Oyster Shucking Championship.
Pop-up restaurants will offer experiences such as Austerium with their oyster bar and Toidunaut with sea-inspired flavors from grill to plate, along with glamorous caviar from Kaviale. Drinks will include gin cocktails and a sparkling wine bar, all accompanied by pleasant music.
