The mural „Old Fisherman“ has a message about the environment and marine life, but it also has a deeper meaning: communication and faith. Though it is important to take care of pollution and industrial wastes, this work also tells the world that Estonia endures, that there is hope, that people care. Once this common principle is established, the old man protects Estonia from sinking. The sketch on the wall invites you to speak out in favour of Estonia, to communicate with the old man, and to proudly shout that Estonia lives forever.
The piece was created for the festival "Mextonia" that took place in Tallinn in June 2017.
