Gerda Märtens "Dream of Leemet"

The wall of Astangu street 64 has been decorated with the piece "Dream of Leemet" since 2017.

The author Gerda Märtens was inspired by the book "The Man Who Spoke Snakish" by Andrus Kivirähk which she read while creating the piece. The painting is dreamy, mythical and deep. Leemet is an older Estonian male name that comes from the name Clemens, which means generous and kind.
