Karjase sai is a small bakery at the end of Kopli, in the Põhjala Factory. We bake sourdough white bread, bread, and croissants.
In addition to white bread, we also care a lot about quality coffee and natural wine, and we work with local farmers and other organic producers on a daily basis in order to ensure that we always have the freshest and best ingredients. The bakers start their workday at four in the morning so that the first batch of fresh pastries would be ready by nine o'clock. We bake throughout the day, so if you are lucky, you can grab something delicious at lunch as well.
