The Nargenfestival, brought to life by choir and orchestra conductor Tõnu Kaljuste, is the longest and most diverse summer cultural festival in Estonia. The festival offers a culturally diverse programme — from folk music to the world-renowned classics. The festival's artistic director is Tõnu Kaljuste.
As part of the festival, Arvo Pärt Days are also held every year, which is also the birthday month of the composer Arvo Pärt. During the festival, various concerts will take place across Estonia to celebrate the composer's birthday.
