Located on the second floor of the Rotermann Chocolate Shop in Tallinn, the Confectionery Workshop is a place where you can observe the work of the masters, learn new skills, and create sweets with your own hands. During the workshop, the basics of chocolate and candy making are introduced, ingredients are discussed, and useful tips are shared.
Visitors can choose from several different workshops. In the marzipan workshop, you can learn to mold and paint marzipan. In the candy-making workshop, participants create their own truffles and candies. In the chocolate painting workshop, you can try your hand at painting beautiful pictures on chocolate bars.
All workshops include the necessary tools, quality materials, and guidance.
