    Restaurant 180° by Matthias Diether

180° was created by the two Michelin star chef Matthias Diether and his dedicated crew. ‘The food we make must speak for itself. This means that the real stars of our dishes are the raw ingredients – without any excessive additions,’ Matthias said about his principles. The fine-dining restaurant is located in the historic Noblessner Harbour. It boasts a wonderful view of the sea, has an open kitchen, an elegant menu, and offers aesthetic pleasure in addition to an unforgettable gastronomic experience. A 6-course menu is served to a 10-person table. Guests can see how the chefs prepare the food up close. Individual tables can choose between 4–6-course menus. Never have we been more disappointed at a Michelin- restaurant. We decided to go for the 6-course and the regular wine pairing. I will NOT recommend the wine pairing to anyone. We had the smallest... Read more comments
