The restaurant's premises once housed the famous Pingviini ice cream café.  From April to November, the summer terrace is open right on Town Hall Square!The restaurant menu is international and everyone will find their favourite!       Pancake was supposed to come with pepper and leek. It didn’t I asked that they change the plate. It came with pepper only. When I mentioned again at the time of paying the smelly waiter didn’t bother... Read more comments

      The restaurant is located in a great location, with a beautiful view of the Town Hall Square. The food was excellent, the service pleasant. I will definitely visit in the future.
