An Ironman Triathlon is the hardest one-day endurance race in the entire world. Tallinn is one of the few capitals in Europe to host a full-length IRONMAN event.
The race begins with a 3,8 km swim in the Harku lake in Tallinn. Athletes will then continue onto a 180.2 km bike course along the coastline and nearby villages. The final 42.2 km run takes participants through the centre of Tallinn and finishes at Noblessner seafront quarter.
